| Job Summary: Plans, directs, coordinates, and/or budget, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. Participates in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position may have several subordinates, such as assistant construction managers or superintendents, field engineers, or crew supervisors, reporting to them. |

At least 5 years as a Project Manager in commercial construction, preferably the Telecom Industry. -Knowledge of budgeting and accounting practices. -Demonstrated ability to act effectively as a leader in an organization. -Working knowledge of risk management strategies and the ability to effectively manage risk. -Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. -Has integrity; maintains normal standards of ethics, conduct, and organizational policies in job-related activities |
